TRANSPLANTED
A few months ago, our daughter gave us a plant that did not produce any flowers at her home. She thought Russell could get it to bloom. He repotted it and nothing happened for quite a while. Then, it suddenly was full of blooms. It is absolutely beautiful.
How often do we stay in a situation that isn’t producing blooms in our lives? Are we in the right place? Do we feel that what we are doing is of no value? Just like those flowers that are in bloom, change brought growth. If they had remained where they had been they possibly would never have blossomed, because there was not enough sunlight.
Now, because it receives full sun, it has transformed from just leaves to something beautiful. I am thankful that she gave us the plant. It allowed it to come to its full potential.
Are you stuck somewhere without blossoming? Perhaps it is time for a transplant for you too. I truly believe that God is moving many of us into strategic places for the end time season. In order to do that, we must be willing to go where God leads and we, too, will blossom.
Years ago, a very well-known evangelist had gone to a city and held a meeting but had very little success. A few years later, a contemporary of his told him that the Lord was sending him to that same city. The well-known evangelist tried to discourage the contemporary, but the contemporary went there anyway. The contemporary had remarkable success. Why did one not succeed, and the other was successful? Because the contemporary was where he was supposed to be to flourish, while the well-known evangelist was not.
Make sure you are where God wants you to be so you will flourish also, even if it means being transplanted.
GOD BLESS YOU
