We have detected fraudulent transactions on several members’ debit cards. These transactions are originating from Brazil, so we are currently blocking all transactions from Brazil.

If you notice any fraudulent transactions on your MEMBERS1 st  debit card, please immediately contact our fraud department:
  • If you are inside the U.S., please call (800) 369-4887.
  • If you are outside the U.S., please call (727) 227-2447.

As an added precaution, we encourage all debit card holders to temporarily turn-off your debit card using our  free mobile banking app.

  1. Open the MEMBERS1st mobile app and login
  2. Click on the hamburger menu (3 bars in the lower right corner)
  3. Click on “Manage My Cards”
  4. Click on “Temporarily lock this card”

When you want to make a purchase with your debit card, simply complete the steps above to turn your card back on. Then, once your transaction is complete, turn your card back off.
