On Sunday, February 16, 2014 a Financial ID Theft report was completed in the 015th District. It was discovered that an offender had a roster of former 015th District Officers. This roster included names, addresses, birth dates, and social security numbers. The roster was dated April 1999 and contained Officers assigned and/or detailed to the 015th District.

It is unknown if this is the only roster that the offender had in his possession. Any former or current member of the 015th District is encouraged to fax an Extended Fraud Alert Request Form to Equifax. There is not any fee required to request this alert.
