I am pleased to announce that, effective July 1, 2024, Kevin Cairns has joined our New Jersey Agency team as Vice President, Regional Underwriting Specialist.
Kevin Cairns is a highly accomplished legal professional with extensive expertise in the legal and title industry. With over 29 years of experience, he has become a respected figure in the industry. Throughout his career Kevin has established himself as an expert in commercial underwriting and has developed a reputation for providing highly responsive guidance and support to agents and their customers. Kevin joins the FNF Family of Companies as Vice President, Regional Underwriting Specialist.
A graduate of Trenton State College with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Kevin received his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He is a member and past president of the New Jersey Land Title Association and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Kevin’s exceptional knowledge and proficiency have been recognized through his achievement of the Certified Title Professional designation. Furthermore, he holds a New Jersey insurance producers license, allowing him to deliver comprehensive continuing education classes for both the title industry and legal community. With his vast experience, expertise and commitment to providing exceptional service, Kevin Cairns continues to make significant contributions to the field of title insurance.
