Troy High School New Classroom Building Project

At the Troy High School new classroom building project the main electrical feeders and panels have now been installed. This will allow startup and commissioning of the HVAC units. Concrete has been poured around the building and the landscape areas are all graded. In the interior all the finish lighting is being completed. T-bar ceiling panels will soon be installed, followed by the flooring. The next steps are to finish the low-voltage computer lab connections, framing and re-finish the asphalt fire road in front of the building.

Sunny Hills High School New Agriculture Classroom Project

The Sunny Hills High School’s new agriculture building continues to make good progress. The drywall is in place and the rooms are being prepped for painting. The roofing is near completion. The exterior of the building has been lathed, and plaster is commencing. The ramps and walkways have been backfilled, compacted, graded and prepped for concrete installation. The front parking lot grading has been completed. The next steps are to complete the plastering process and pouring exterior concrete, install the T-bar grid and electrical panels, and complete the low voltage work.

Fullerton Union High School Pool Replacement

At the Fullerton Union High School pool project the concession building has been wrapped, lathed and plaster installation is about to begin. Installation of the outdoor showers and ramp is near completion. Crews continue to work in the mechanical room installing equipment. Slot drain installation has begun on the deck and the rough grading of the deck has been completed. In the pool, the racing lines and target lines have been installed. The next steps are to finish the concession and shower buildings, continue and finish equipment room installations, and receive and install the equipment in the chemical building. Installation of shade structure supports will begin this month.

Summer Bridge Program

The first session of the 2024 Summer Bridge Program was a huge success! Incoming 9th graders were able to get comfortable with their new school through school presentations, scavenger hunts, social-emotional wellness activities, guest speakers, games, and a barbecue all while getting acquainted with their new school and community.
