Please note that some items, such as preparing your MicroFridge, require action several days in advance. Please be sure to allow yourself time to prepare appropriately.
If you have lost your key this semester, please go ahead and submit your lock recore request.
Please be aware that
your room will be entered over the break.
Staff from the Office of Residence Life and Housing will inspect every room to ensure readiness for the break. Our inspection is generally confined to the main area of your room/apt./suite and any areas with windows.
Please be aware that any violations of policy that are observed will be documented and referred to the student conduct system.
Additionally as a reminder, Chapter 4 of the Guide to Community Living contains the Decorations Policy that outlines regulations concerning live trees and decorations in the residence halls. Please make sure you are not in violation.
Holiday Trees: Live trees and other live decorations are prohibited in Residence Life and Housing facilities. Artificial trees and decorations may be used as long as they are fire retardant and are placed away from radiators, fan coil units, kitchens, lamps, and/or other heat sources.
Please refer to the Guide to Community Living for a list of all inspection policies as well as possible fines.
