All Educators can register free of charge for the TAA Virtual Winter Retreat.


Regular Registration Information

OPENS ON February 1-February 20

Regular registration will open on February 1st and is available to everyone who wishes to apply. Registration fees starting February 1, 2024 are as follows:


• TAA Participants Who Attended TAA in 2023 (FREE!!)

• TAA Alumni Association Members Who Did Not Attend TAA in 2023 ($10)         

• Pre-Service College/University Student Who Did Not Attend TAA in 2023 ($10)

• Former TAA Participants Who Have Attended TAA in the Past ($25)

• Educators Who Have Never Attended TAA ($50)


Professional Development Points and TASL Credit

Teachers who successfully complete the TAA Virtual Winter Retreat will receive six (6) Tennessee Professional Development Points (PDPs). Administrators will receive TASL credit, pending approval.

TAA MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Tennessee Arts Academy is to provide exceptional quality professional development, arts training, support, encouragement, information and renewal to K-12 teachers and to promote and honor the role of the arts in the lives of all Tennesseans.


The Tennessee Arts Academy is a project of the Tennessee Department of Education and is funded under a grant contract with the State of Tennessee.
