Onsite Management Group has an immediate need for a qualified Staff Accountant. 


Typical duties include: A/P, A/R, Customer Invoicing, Payroll, some monthly journal entries and assistance with Month End. The job is pretty straightforward and not a lot of complexity. Extra time is needed during the EOM close process, typically one week.

 

We are switching to Sage Intacct ERP system and use ADP for payroll. H/R does all of the personnel/onboarding. This position is only responsible for the bi-weekly payroll transmission.
