THANK YOU CLAY COUNTY!!
A huge THANK YOU to Waste Not Want Not in Clay County for making sure Feed The Need of Putnam County received pallets of surplus food boxes from Clay County Emergency Management. This food was part of the Covid-19 relief efforts in Clay County. Thank you to our volunteers Kimbi Cannon, Ray Finn, Jackie Finn, Laken McKinney, Leven McKinney, Denise Bramlitt and Roger Belgau. Our volunteers retrieved and hauled to our warehouse 17 pallets of pre-packaged food boxes. This donation will help carry us into the new school year. Words cannot express what a huge blessing this has been for FTNPC during these trying times. As food shortages and purchase limits arise across the country our need for food continues to grow. We appreciate the continued love and support from our neighboring community partners!!

LADY BUG'S GIFT SHOPPE
Thank you Lady Bug's Gift Shoppe in downtown Palatka!! This is another successful story of how this community gets together and partners with nonprofits to reach the needs of people right here at home. Feed The Need of Putnam County received a $1900.00 check from Kathy Griffin and Julie Masters. Both of these ladies hand made masks that were not only sold at Lady Bug's, but to friends all over the country. This donation will go directly to our mission to fight hunger in our community. Individuals and businesses like these are what makes it possible to do what we do!! Thank you so much Ladies!!

SEMINOLE ELECTRIC
EMPLOYEE GIVING DRIVE
Seminole Electric Corporation partnered with Seminole Electric Employees to host a giving campaign for the month of July. FTNPC was blessed to be chosen as one of the nonprofits to participate in this giving drive. Employees had the option to donate to Feed The Need of Putnam County, Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa FL and Hardee Help Center of Hardee County. FTNPC sends a huge shout out to all who donated. The Palatka plant location also collected and delivered over 2500 lbs of food to fill weekend bags. Thank you so much to all who participated in this drive!!
ANNUAL FUNDRAISING EVENT POSTPONED
Due to Covid-19 Feed The Need has been forced to postpone our Annual Fundraising Event "Fall Bash with The Boogie Freaks" until April 24, 2021. These are unfortunate circumstances and we appreciate all of the love & support. If you would still like to donate please click on the donate now box below.
