2024 FL SAND Leadership Program

Apply Today!

Apply today to be a FL SAND fellow! The FL SAND ("Self Advocates Network'D") Fellows Leadership Program is a paid, immersive training program for experienced self-advocate leaders committed to the development of their hands-on leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and management skills. 

Applications are being accepted for the 2024-2025 fellowship year and application review begins in August. You can find an application and more info by clicking below.

Partners In Policymaking

Apply by June 30!

We’re looking for talented, motivated, and dedicated adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, family members who have decision-making responsibility for their family member with intellectual and developmental disabilities (e.g., parent, sibling, grandparent), and legal guardians of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are looking to have an impact in their communities. 


This year, up to 25 participants may be selected from a competitive applicant pool to participate in mandatory classes from September to February.
