In addition to awarding Participation Tickets for being mindful, active, and eating healthy, we love acknowledging your Healthy Selfie and Videos. 


Kids can earn up to 10 more tickets in each of these categories.

Mindfulness Mondays:


A Healthy Mind is as important as a Healthy Body. There are many ways to practice Mindfulness. Two possibilities are meditation and yoga. Here are links to help kids get started:

The Healthy Kids Running Series just released a new program called, "Flavor Dash" with Chef Aaron McCargo Jr. to show what healthy, easy recipes look like so that you and your child can cook together!
