The State Board discussed the sunset readoption with amendments to the Regulatory Equivalency and Waiver regulations at N.J.A.C. 6A:5, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:4-15. The State Board members unanimously approved a motion by State Board member Mary Bennett and seconds by State Board member Ronald Butcher to move the rulemaking to proposal level at the June 5, 2024, meeting.
