If you need tax forms for the tuition you paid for your student, you can go here. Your student may need to set you up as an "authorized user". They can do that through their portal under "Student Billing Systems".
Students can view and print their 1098-T form in their MySUU portal. Under "Finance Menu", click the "Student" heading, followed by "Student Records", then "Tax Notification", then enter the tax year.
To check or update the permanent address on file, students can click on their name on the main MySUU screen, and then click on "Contact Info".
If your student has any questions about their 1098-T form, contact the Cashier's Office, ST 165, 435-586-7720.
If your student needs help filing their taxes, they can check out the
Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
