Donate to our Teacher's Supply Party!
Thompson School District will host and sponsor the Business After Hours & Teacher's Supplies Party at the Berthoud Community Center. Brick Oven Pizza will cater pizza as the appetizer for this event.

This is our 5th Annual Teacher's Supplies Party. The word has gotten out among our teachers here in Berthoud. It gives us such pleasure to see all the teachers go shopping and take home bags of supplies that they don't have to purchase themselves to keep their classroom going. Here is a list of items they have requested this year. If you don't have time to go shopping, we recommend you donate what you can financially and we'll add it to our $100 drawings. With this money the teachers can then purchase the items they need. Last year we gave out $1700 and we heard some great stories of how they used the money for supplies, books and even a class pet. We thank you for your continued support of this incredible event.

If you would like to donate supplies for the teachers or $100 for their drawing, please drop them off at the chamber office between now and February 19.

If you would like to attend the event, sign up here .

Berthoud Community Library & Berthoud Drug
The Berthoud Community Library District has so many resources and programs, you can find useful information for business plus interesting information to balance out work/life. There are so many resources at the library that you may not know about. Whether you are looking for power point tutorials, business information, a brush-up on your French, or browsing for your next craft project, the library has compiled a list of resources to help you achieve all of your goals. They also have databases that will amaze you with the kind of information that you can access. Being a part of a district means they have a large pool of resources to draw from. So, don't be fooled by the small space, they usually can get you what you need. Amie and Elizabeth along with the library staff and volunteers help us out a great deal with Chamber events. Most recently, Snowfest and Small Business Saturday. Website
The Berthoud Drug has everything you need. There is so much more that you can pick up than your prescriptions. The list of gift items is endless. You can find something for anyone, especially yourself. You can also find the practical items that you need too. There is a wealth of information on their website, including descriptions and facts with graphs in a large database of medications and some of the other items that they sell. Berthoud Drug has been in business for over 100 years, isn't that amazing? Karl and Karen are a big part of the Berthoud community and do a lot to support it, including donating to the Chamber auctions and events. Berthoud Drug puts on a fun shopping event each holiday season. You can have snacks and wine while shopping with a special Chamber member discount. Website
