LINK Newsletter Spring 2024 - Subscribe

Dear Colleagues,

For this Spring 2024 edition of our newsletter, we are excited to highlight new ways the Faculty Diversity Collaborative is expanding its support of Rutgers faculty. The FDC continues to engage and support all faculty through new initiatives like the Identity and Leadership (I-LEAD) program, Faculty Affinity Networks (FANS), the inaugural Leadership Award for Faculty Success, and the Culturally-Aware Mentoring Training.

The 2024-2025 call for applications for our cohort programs will open on April 10, 2024 for the following cohort programs: the Rutgers Connection Network (RCN) Mentoring Program, OASIS Leadership and Professional Development Program and Early Career and Racial Equity (ECARE) Program. We invite you to apply and explore our programs and resources further as we strive to build, retain, and advance a diverse faculty.

The FDC remains committed to your success and we welcome your participation in our upcoming workshops, such as the Women in Leadership and National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD)-led workshops designed to help you maximize your summer productivity and overcome writing procrastination. To stay informed, subscribe to our mailing list and join the FDC Peer Network to stay connected and get involved.

Sincerely,
