Welcome to the

Sandwich Summer Arts & Craft Festival

Event Dates

Saturday

July 13

10am - 5pm

Sunday

July 14

10am - 4pm

Set Up Hours:

Friday 7/12 from 3pm to 8pm
Saturday 7/13 from 7am to 9am

Due to a local noise ordinance we cannot resume Set Up until 7am.

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am

Check In

Castleberry Registration is located at the event entrance, please see signs on site. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2024 Artisan button and show details.

Un-loading

Vehicles may drive into the venue, close to your space to unload, weather permitting.
Immediately after unloading Exhibitors must park in designated area behind the former Henry T. Wing School - please see signs on site.
Most booths are on fairly level pavement, with just a few on grass/gravel.

Caution - Pavement

This venue is mostly a parking lot, booths either on gravel, grass and pavement. Please be sure to bring both weights and stakes to secure your booth and canopy.
Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.

Parking

Exhibitor Parking is located behind the former H.T. Wing School - please see signs on site.
All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours. We must leave the closest parking for our shoppers.
Cargo Trailers can be dropped behind the former Henry T. Wing school - please see signs on site.
About 70% may park behind their booth as space permits.

Food

Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am.

Toilets

Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located across from the parking lot, near the brick building.

Electricity

There is NO electricity available at this venue.

ATM

There is no ATM on site. There are several banks about 1 mile from event.

Security

Security will be on site at 8:00pm on Friday and remain until 7:00am on Saturday. Security will return at 5:00pm Saturday and remain until 7:00am Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25%

Trash

All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly dispose of all garbage into the dumpster located next to the Portable Toilets, across from the parking lot, near the building.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors

Sandwich Health Inspector has required that all Food Vendors supply Castleberry Fairs with a copy of the following:
ServSafe Certification
Allergen Awareness Training Certificate
Proof of Insurance (COI)
Product labels listing all ingrediants
Proof that the food you are selling/sampling is "made in an inspected facility"
Please send the above documents to our office ASAP

There is no additional, individual permit fee for this event.
