Set Up Hours:
  • Friday 11/1 from 2pm to 7pm
  • Saturday 11/2 from 6am to 9am
  • Doors re-open at 8am Sunday for exhibitors

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am.


It is illegal to charge an added fee or surcharge on Credit or Debit Card Sales in Massachusetts.

Massachusetts General Laws chapter 140D, section 28A(2) provides that No seller in any retail sales transaction may impose a surcharge on a cardholder who elects to use a credit card in lieu of payment by cash, check or similar means.

You can however offer a CASH Discount but the regulations are strict and confusing and it seems close to skirting the law.

In summary, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a retail buyer cannot be charged extra for using credit, debit, or other means, in lieu of cash.

Castleberry Registration is located inside the Sportsplex Arena. Please stop by Registration for booth number, 2024 Artisan button, parking pass and show details

  • This is a paid admission event, all exhibitors and helpers MUST wear a 2024 Castleberry Artisan button.

  • This facility is carry/dolly-in only.  
  • NO Vehicles may drive into the building.
  • See sings on site for Exhibitor Unloading Area
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes. 
  • DO NOT park directly beside the building, this is a fire-lane and must be kept open.
  • After you have finished unloading please move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking around the back of the building.



  • Service Animals are Welcome
  • Pets are NOT Allowed at Indoor Events.

All Booths are Indoor
  • We MUST protect the wood flooring.
  • If you sample anything you must put down a runner so nothing spills onto the floor. 
  • If you have any paints or material that might spill, put down a runner.
  • If you accidentally spill anything, please let us know right away.
  • Canopy covers are NOT Permitted Indoors.
  • If your booth is 10 x 10 you may set up your canopy. Again, canopy covers are not allowed.
  • Please note: All booths are either 10 feet

or 6 feet deep. Any space behind your

booth is for the electrical boxes and MUST be

kept accessible.

  • Pipe and Drape (single wall) is provided for this event. Colors Red and White. 

Exhibitor Parking is located at the far end of the Rear Lot by Dairy Queen.

See signs on site. Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.

  • Cargo trailers may be dropped in designated areas only.
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes
  • DO NOT Park in any Handicapped Spaces
  • DO NOT park out front, we must leave the closest parking for our shoppers.
  • Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9:00 am. 
  • The Snack Bar open during open hours.
  • Outside food and drink is NOT allowed into the event during open hours.
  • Exhibitors are permitted to bring in outside food, prior to OPEN hours only.
  • Located in the hallway before the public entrance.


  • Electric is only available in certain rows.
  • Electricity up to 500 watts - $75.00
  • Electricity up to 1000 watts - $150.00
  • ATM is located in the upper Lobby.
We cannot guarantee Wi-Fi.
Please plan ahead to perform transactions via your own wireless carrier / hotspot.
  • The Building will be locked after set up and at show closing each day.
  • Security is only a deterrent. 
  • We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
  • Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
  • All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Food Vendors

All Specialty Food Vendors MUST obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the Town of Hanover Board of Health.

  • Please be sure to bring with you - any Health Permits, Serv Safe Certification, Allergen Awareness Certification and/or Proof that the food you are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility, and product labels.
