NO FRIDAY SET UP

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am

Check In

Castleberry Registration is located at the parking lot entrance. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2024 Artisan button and show details.

Un-loading

This facility is a "drop-and-go" location. You may unload from the parking lot and driveway, then immediately park your vehicle.

PARKING YOUR VEHICLE prior to setting up.
No vehicles may drive onto the grass.
Unload from perimeter only.
Immediately after unloading park to the far end of the Chatham Community Center parking lot.

Stake Down & Caution:

Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.
Please bring both weights and stakes to secure your canopy.
Be careful not to damage the sprinkler system. Check area before attempting to stake down a canopy.
Stakes must be NO LONGER THAN 6 inches.

Parking

Exhibitor Parking is located behind the Chatham Community Center, at the far end of the parking lot, or any municipal paring lot.
All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours.
Do not park in the front of the parking lot.

We must leave this available to our shoppers.

Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors

The Town of Chatham Health Division is in the process of switching over to an online permitting system where food vendors can create an account, submit required documents, and pay online.

They anticipate this new system will be operational in April 2024.

If you have any questions, please call the Chatham Health Agent at (508) 945-5165

Please be sure to bring with you to the show any Health Permits, Serv Safe Certification, Allergen Awareness Certification and/or Proof that the food you are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility, and product labels.

Food

Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am.
There are local convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Toilets

Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located beside the Chatham Community Center.
Flush Toilets are located at the far end of the parking lot near the baseball field.

Electricity

There is NO electricity available at this venue.

ATM

There is no ATM on site but there are several Banks and ATMs nearby/within walking distance.

Security

Security will be on site at show closing and remain onsite until 7:00am Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25%

Trash

All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located across from the Portable Toilets, near the parking lot entrance.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.
