Check In
Castleberry Registration is located in the center. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2024 Artisan button and show details.
Un-loading
No vehicles may drive onto the grass.
Unload from perimeter only.
Immediately after unloading park in designated area behind the school.
Stake Down & Caution:
Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.
Please bring both weights and stakes to secure your canopy.
Be careful not to damage the sprinkler system. Check area before attempting to stake down a canopy.
Stakes must be NO LONGER THAN 6 inches.
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located behind the Nauset Middle School at the far end.
All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours.
Do not park in the front of the parking lot.
We must leave this available to our shoppers.
Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors
The Food Vendor Info is Pending.
Food
Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am.
There are local convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Toilets
Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located beside the School.
Electricity
There is NO electricity available at this venue.
ATM
There is no ATM on site but there are several Banks and ATMs nearby/within walking distance.
Security
Security will be on site at show closing and remain onsite until 7:00am Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Sales Tax
Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25%
Trash
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located across from the Portable Toilets, near the parking lot entrance.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.
