Welcome to the 3rd Annual

Capital City Craft Festival

April 6 & 7, 2024

Everett Arena ~ Concord, NH

Dates

& Hours:

Saturday

April 6

10am - 5pm

Sunday

April 7

10am - 4pm

Set Up Hours:

Friday 4/5 from 2pm to 7pm
Saturday 4/6 from 6am to 9am
Doors re-open Sunday 4/7 at 8am for exhibitors

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am each day.

Check In

Castleberry Registration is located inside the arena Please stop at Registration for booth number, 2024 exhibitor button, parking pass and show details.

Un-loading

This facility is carry/dolly-in only.
NO Vehicles may drive into the building.
DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes.
DO NOT park directly beside the building, this is a fire-lane and must be kept open.
After you have finished unloading please move your vehicle to designated parking.

Indoor

Event

If your booth is 10 x 10 you may set up your canopy. However, you must remove the top.
Arena Interior Booths: Please note your booth is only 10 feet deep, any extra space behind your booth is for the electrical access, if needed.
Pipe and Drape is provided for this event

Parking

Exhibitor Parking is located at the far right, on the gravel lot.

Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.

DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes.
DO NOT Park in any Handicapped Spaces.
DO NOT park out front, we must leave the closest parking for our shoppers.

Food

Free Coffee & Donuts will be provided on Saturday until 9:00 am.
The Snack Bar on site will be open.
Please note, NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK allowed inside during event public hours.

Toilets

Located at the front end of the arena.

Electricity

Electric is available for a fee. Limited Access.
Electricity up to 500 watts - $75.00

Exhibitors who have signed up for electricity may plug into the outlet behind their booth OR along the wall.
Bring a long, 3 prong extension cord.

ATM

ATM is located in the front lobby.

WiFi

We cannot guarantee Wi-Fi.

Please plan ahead to perform transactions via your own wireless carrier / hotspot.

Security

The Building will be locked after set up and

at show closing each day.

You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Security is only a deterrent.
We are not responsible for loss or damages.

Sales Tax

No Sales Tax in New Hampshire.

Trash

Put all trash in the trash cans on site.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Food Vendors

We plan again to obtain a blanket event permit, so individual health permits will not be needed. I will let you know, if otherwise.

However,

You MUST bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility".
Bring copies of any other Health Permits you have obtained.
Bring a copy of ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
All food must be packaged or bagged "to go."
