NO FRIDAY SET UP
All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am
No vehicles allowed into the Marketplace parking lot after 9:00am.
Check In:
Castleberry Registration is located at the Mill Falls Marketplace driveway entrance. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2024 Artisan button and show details.
Un-loading
This facility is a "drop-and-go" location. You may drive your vehicle into the parking lot only to unload, then immediately go park your vehicle.
PARKING YOUR VEHICLE prior to setting up.
NO cargo trailers or oversized vehicles allowed into the Marketplace parking lot.
No vehicles allowed into the Marketplace parking lot after 9:00am.
Parking on Route 3 is strictly prohibited.
There will be a police officer on site to assist with traffic during set up and breakdown.
Caution - Pavement
95% of booths are on pavement. Come prepared and bring plenty of weights. This lakeside location can be very windy!
Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located diagonally across the street or in any other noted Municipal (Town) Parking Lot.
DO NOT park in any Mill Falls property lots.
No overnight parking allowed at this location.
Food
Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am.
There are local convenience stores and eateries nearby.
Toilets
Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located next to the dumpsters near the driveway entrance.
Flush Toilets are located in the Ben & Jerry's building and inside the Mill.
Electricity
There is NO electricity available at this venue.
ATM
ATM in front of Ben & Jerry's and several others nearby.
Security
Security will be on site at 6:00pm on Saturday and remain until 7:00am on Sunday.
Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages.
You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day.
Sales Tax
There is no Retail Sales Tax in New Hampshire
Trash
All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly dispose of all garbage into the dumpster located next to the portable toilets, near the driveway entrance.
Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.
The Health Inspector has requested that all Food Vendors supply Castleberry Fairs with a copy of their own Health Permit or Proof that the food they are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility. Please send this info to our office ASAP.
Bring to the event a copy of all local or state health permits and or licenses, to keep in your booth and have on hand.
