Naples Area Board of REALTORS ? compiles and publishes monthly, quarterly and annual Naples real estate market statistics.  
 
April was a remarkable month for Naples with notable results in pending sales (properties under contract) of condos in the $2 million and above price category, which saw a 58 percent increase from 12 pending sales in April 2014 to 19 pending sales in April 2015.

Relative to this increase was an increase in the same category's inventory, which rose by 74 percent from 34 condos in inventory in April 2014 to 59 condos in inventory in April 2015.

After retiring to Naples in 2005, Michaela Castadli has turned what was once a hobby into a full time career. Her watercolors highlight local landscapes, historic architecture, and the natural beauty of our local wildlife. Her use of vibrant colors and textures brings her subjects to life on canvas.

Summer Jazz on the Gulf at Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club - June 27
For one Saturday evening each month June through September, the smooth sounds of jazz return again to The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. This free concert series gives everyone a chance to experience incredible sunsets, beautiful views of the Gulf and refreshing breezes. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and get set for a wonderful evening. 6:30-9:30pm.

Everglades City Celebrates Independence Day - June 27
Historic Everglades City is always first - the first Collier County Seat and now the first in the area to celebrate Independence Day. The annual family-fun festival to commemorate America's founding will be on Saturday, June 27, this year.
