Our customer, Owen,came to us looking for reclaimed wood he could use as siding on the tiny house he was building.

Together, Owen and our craftsman, J, decided that reclaimed flooring from the former Oddfellows building in Worcester, MA would be a great fit.

J suggested Owen use Shou Sugi Ban, a Japanese technique used  to preserve the siding by charring each board with fire. This technique is not only environmentally friendly, it also looks great!
