About the Program

In today's digital age, smartphones are treasure troves of potentially critical evidence. This presentation is designed to equip attorneys with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to identify, extract, and leverage data from mobile devices effectively. Participants will learn both the legal and technical aspects of handling mobile data, from discovery through to presentation in court.

The presentation will answer the following questions:

  • What data is stored on mobile devices?
  • How to extract that data?
  • What to do with it once you have it?

This program is presented by the Litigation Section chaired by Rachael C. Kogen and vice chaired by Lauri K. Martin. Find out more about the section at  www.bhba.org.
