Combine the two for perfect weeknight healthy meals to fit into our busy schedules.   Learn how to prepare quick, healthy and most of all delicious soups and stews using the freshest ingredients.  Nutrtional information will be discussed along with cooking strategies to make your time in the kitchen most efficient.

About Jennifer Logiudice: Jennifer's health and teaching journey was an organic process beginning with her friends and family and eventually reaching out to the community. She teaches customized healthy cooking classes to groups and also offers private health coaching. Jennifer's approach is holistic and focuses on nourishment through food and lifestyle. She is a foodie first!  It is Jennifer's passion to teach people how to make nutritious food delicious and easy!!
