We had a great time answering questions and showing curious bike riders and hikers what Ralston Creek Cohousing and the Geos Neighborhood Development are all about.

We passed out 200 slices of watermelon to all who stopped at our booth!

Path To Membership

We invite you to participate in building your dream community.

Ralston Creek CoHousers have a two-step process to membership.

  • Come to some events and get to know us. Then we hope you'll become an Explorer.

  • As an Explorer you will be invited to join us for meetings, social events, and one on one conversations, all with the goal of you getting to know us, getting all your questions answered, and allowing us to get to know you. Explorers are encouraged to participate in meetings, but not in decision making. An Explorer invests $250 (non-refundable).

  • If you are interested in moving forward to Full Membership and the community agrees that it's a good fit, you will be invited into Full Membership.

  • A Full Member invests $1000 (non-refundable and currently being used for marketing/website/professional fees).
