Even With 10-1, We Must Reach Out
Connecting Women on Pandora to Help Nearby
Louisiana is blessed to have many pregnancy centers dedicated to serving moms and babies. With more than 30 centers, and just three abortion facilities, life outnumbers abortion by more than 10-1! And studies show that when a pregnant woman enters a pregnancy center, chances are she will choose life.

With this reality, you would think there would be no abortions in Louisiana, right? Sadly, there are still about 24 a day . Part of the challenge is connecting women considering abortion to these centers. That is why we launched ADifficultChoice.com in 2011, and why we just redesigned it (more about that below). We want women to have one easy place to find a pregnancy center near them using their current location or zip code. We have also done all sorts of advertising to connect women to the site, including our most recent outreach into Pandora internet-based radio. During the first two weeks of our Pandora campaign, 26,880 Louisiana women between the ages of 16-24 saw and heard our Pandora ad , encouraging them to visit ADifficultChoice.com if they find themselves pregnant.
If we are serious about saving lives and helping moms, we need to take proactive and often costly steps to reach women before they enter an abortion facility. That is what we are trying to do every day. Consider helping us today!

Benjamin Clapper
Advertise for Life Updates Website to Help Pregnant Women Find Nearby Resources
Louisiana Right to Life’s Advertise for Life project and its " A Difficult Choice " website first launched in 2011 to connect pregnant women with local pregnancy resource centers. This month, a new and improved ADifficultChoice.com went live, making it even easier for women to find the help they need. While the redesigned website uses the same search methodology to connect women to pregnancy centers, the updated, fresher look makes this service the emphasis of the site.
