Moving Attachments

Have you ever dropped an attachment to the wrong account or activity?

You can fix this:

Highlight the attachment(s)
Click Actions - Move Attachments

To another account

Click - to another account
Account type - select
Account code - enter or click magnifying glass.
Attach to - select appropriate activity
Click finish

To a different activity on the same account

Click - to current account
Attach to - select appropriate activity
Click finish

Drag/Drop OUT of unrouted

This functionality was not available and caused some agencies to not move to the browser. It's now working!

Service Summary Rows - Changing the Dates

To change the policy effective or expiration date or the service summary row effective date, click Actions - Change Effective/Expiration Date. The top options are for the policy and the bottom option is for a service summary row.
