StartupRU Accelerator Spotlight: PowerGum
Meet PowerGum, co-founded by Chancellor Donahue (Chemical Engineering '22), Mark Moser (Civil & Environmental Engineering '22), and Matthew Addona (Civil & Environmental Engineering '22).

PowerGum is a fitness supplement company that is dedicated to bringing its customers an efficacious, convenient and powerful product that not only tastes great but is great for you too. The group developed the idea after meeting at Rowan and recognizing a common problem in the supplement industry. They agreed that a more effective and less messy way to take supplements was possible and ventured to find a way to make it happen.

The product is laboratory tested, made with healthy, well-researched ingredients, and proven to improve adults fitness and health journey. With enough funding and man-power, PowerGum hopes to launch their product within the next few years so that every fitness goer can experience the benefits of an effective supplement mixture. PowerGum wants to make it as simple as chewing gum to see results.

The StartupRU Summer Accelerator Program is a flexible 10-week program customized to meet the needs of participants. Participating companies receive mentorship, up to $7,500 in non-equity seed funding, day-to-day support, and space for their ventures.
