It's back... Chupacabra Returns!
We will turn 8 this year - WOW!  And you know what that means...
It's Chupacabra time!!
 
We will have 3 variants of Chupacabra: one aged in bourbon barrels, one aged in rye whiskey barrels and one aged in rum barrels.  

We will have two nights to celebrate this glorious occasion.

Thursday, June 28th
VERTICAL CHUPACABRA TASTING
Starting at 6:30pm, we will host our annual Vertical Tasting of the following vintages: 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 & presenting 2018 Imperial Chupacabra.  35 lucky people will hear all about these beers, taste each one and get a commemorative glass to keep.  There will be light appetizers, a reception E15 beer of their choice plus time with the brewers to complete a great evening.  Tickets are $40 and can be purchased starting Tuesday, June 5th by emailing david@engine15.com (no calls or walk-ups).

Saturday, July 7th - CHUPACABRA BOTTLE RELEASE
Starting at 11am, we will release bottles of the 2018 Imperial Chupacabra.  The first 50 people will be able to purchase up to 4 bottles and get a commemorative glass - if you are one of the first 25 people you can also purchase one bottle of the limited 2015 vintage. Get your spot early - we were sold out by 1pm last year!

We will also have 35 Engine 15 beers on tap that day and timed tappings of 15 special guest beers throughout the day.  More to come on all the beers. And, of course, a special food menu. This is a day you won't want to miss.

Join us every Wednesday for Pint Nights in our taproom - buy a beer, keep the glass.  Lots of other swag, too.  Featured beers to be announced the day of on social media.

Beer & Sausage Pairing
We have created another amazing pairing for you this month!  We've had cheese, we've had donuts and now it's SAUSAGE!

We will pair four 4oz beers paired with four different house-made sausages.   Also one limited release beer to be debuted at the event.
