All of us at Pilates by the Bay would like to wish you and your family a very Happy Holiday and hope the new year brings many wonderful opportunities and experiences. Make sure you grab your holiday gift at the studio, look for the wrapped basket behind the desk. We are ready to take on the new year and continue to help provide you with some balance, self care and maybe even some athleisure wear. Happy Winter Solstice! With today being the first day of winter I am just happy the days will start getting longer. Let's do what we can to stay positive in 2022!

Santa told us that we have been good, some of our regular went to see him this year. He even stopped by the studio on his trolly tour when he collected the toys. He told us not only was our toy donation generous, but he heard about all the food we collected this year. We are definitely on his nice list!

The studio will be closed on Saturday, December 25th & January 1st for the holidays. We have added some other pop-up classes on the Fridays and Saturdays around the holidays. Don't forget our merchandise and Savvi items make great gifts. Check out what items have arrived at the studio this month. Join us for a class or schedule a private session
Here are our holiday pop-up classes. These classes are on the schedule so sign up if you're interested. There must be at least 2 enrolled for each class to run. Sunday classes will continue periodically for the winter.
As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. Please put yourself on the waitlist or reach out to Michele if you can't get into a class, we may be able to get you in. We may condense some classes for the rest of Dec.

Merchandise & Savvi
Who do you still need to buy for this year? Our merchandise makes great gifts even beyond the Pilates practitioner. Bala bands are terrific for runners or anyone looking to add a bit more weight to their exercise. We even have two pound Bala Bands in black, great for men. Toe socks are perfect around the house in the winter, we have men's sizes too. Who wants toner arms but may not want to do too much? Cali Weights can be worn daily and we have them in several colors and sizes. Did you see the Zadar tops we got in? The new crepe hacci fabric Zadar (Michele's favorite) just arrived and are on the rack. Our year end sale starts NOW, so take advantage or grab something for yourself, you deserve it!

Other new items have arrived from the new Savvi headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stirrups are back, but in the best way ever. Not that thick elastic band, but buttery fabric that feels nice against your feet or you can even leave them up and not use the stirrup. So great for under your boots this winter. Crane leggings will be available in black, purple haze, and acacia heather. We had a request for red, so we have the Solas in crimson. The Kozas are our booty-lifting leggings and will be available in gray and moon rock (pinkish gray). What I'm most excited about is the Rebel French Terry Top with Savvi's logo that means moving forward together. The Rebel is coming in powder, green, and cocoa (sorry the burgundy pictured right sold out).

Holiday Toy Drive
Santa stopped by the studio last week to collect our toy donations. Along with his elf and reindeer, he arrived by trolly and was so pleased were were able to help the children in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Thank you to all who donated.

Santa did mention hearing how much food our little studio has donated this year! We also got a heartfelt thanks from those at Wingman Planning and The Shore Movement, who organize all the collections. We will continue to collect food items throughout the year. Our bucket is now empty, so let's start the year off filling another one.
