Actions to Take re:

Harvard Encampment

Dear HJAA Members:

As we stated clearly in our last email to you, we don’t believe Harvard’s administration and the Corporation will take the necessary steps to protect students and the University. We urge all alumni and others to use whatever influence you have to fight back.

The vast majority of students and faculty know what has to happen:

  1. Disband the encampment, by force if necessary.
  2. Expel all students related to the encampment for willfully violating multiple Harvard rules.
  3. Fire the faculty who are violating community standards, Harvard’s policies, and/or their terms of tenure.
  4. Do so immediately.

Direct actions you can take:

  1. Withhold donations to Harvard. Click here for the One Dollar Pledge campaign.
  2. Inform your non-Jewish alumni friends of the dire situation and Harvard’s fecklessness.
  3. Support institutions that protect liberal values.
  4. Tell your Senators and Representative where you stand on antisemitism in education.
  5. Send American flags to the class of 2024.
  6. Call, email and text members of the Harvard administration (links below) to encourage bold action. They need to know that alumni support them to change direction.

Please do what you can, mobilize others, and reach out to us with any questions or feedback.
