INTERNSHIPS

National Intern Day: July 25

Snohomish STEM, powered by Economic Alliance Snohomish County, has been honored to host two interns from the Everett School District as part of the Everett Career Link program. Harneet and Kaiya have dedicated 90-hours of their summer to work alongside staff from Economic Alliance, Snohomish STEM, APEX, and the Small Business Development Centers. Together, they learned skills in project management, event planning, resource and data research, as well as public relations and content creation for social media. Having these two driven young women in the office each day has helped generate fresh ideas for the team and has provided opportunities for them to see the inner workings of a non-profit and the hard work each of us do to ensure we are engaging in economic development and servicing the community. We are excited to see what the future holds for Harneet and Kaiya in their education, training, and for their careers beyond. Interested in hosting a high school internship at your business?
