Know Your 2024 Insurance Benefits
The New Year is quickly approaching, and we recommend that everyone learn all you can about your insurance plan’s fertility benefits and how they might change in 2024.
Employers may offer new plans in the coming year with fertility benefits when previously there were none or they were limited only to testing. Perhaps there are different options from which you can choose which may provide greater benefits than you’ve had in the past. Some employers now contract with third party fertility insurance managers with extraordinary benefits for treatment, even ones which, traditionally, haven’t been covered, such as donor egg IVF, utilization of a gestational carrier, and surgical sperm retrieval.
