About the Program

What is "emotional intelligence" and how can you tap into it to aid in your law practice and your negotiation skills? This program will teach you just that! Learn how to cultivate your emotional intelligence skills and how to utilize those skills across industries. Real world examples will further your understanding of exactly why emotional intelligence should be in every attorney's skillset.

This program is presented by the Entertainment Law section, chaired by Jeff Monahan and vice-chaired by Matthew Hobbs. The section is sponsored by Lawyers' Mutual Insurance Company. Find out more at www.bhba.org.
