Emory Hill Negotiates 10-Year Lease to Aldi, Inc.

on Route 202, Wilmington, DE

NEW CASTLE, DE -- Jim O’Hara and Neil Kilian of NAI Emory Hill Real Estate Services recently negotiated a 10-year lease on behalf of the landlord, LBD Wilmington, LLC., to Aldi, Inc., a German-based grocery store with more than 2,000 retail locations in the United States.

The 33,262 SF space, situated on 3.07 acres, is located at 4130 Concord Pike, Wilmington.
