Fall is always a symbol of change and transition. This month, we are focusing on acceptance around the constant changes in our lives and in our world, and learning to embrace those changes with good people around us.

Member Spotlight: Collin Jardine

This month we want to give a big shoutout to Collin. He has been coming to FTR since he graduated treatment in July. Collin is consistent, kind and shows up for himself and his recovery every day. Great work on your sobriety, Collin! We love seeing you at the gym and we are grateful to have you as a part of our community.

NUTRITION/Food to Recover

Have you met our amazing new Registered Dietitian, Corinna Coffin (center)?!

She's helping to take our Nutrition pillar to the next level!

Corinna is an amazingly passionate, knowledgeable, and positive energy woman who wants to help you with the skills and knowledge to make the best nutritional choices for YOU, and help you find nourishment through food in your recovery. She has her Master's in Nutrition and, as an athlete herself, she specializes in sports nutrition.

Check out our NEW stocked fridge with healthy meals and snacks to fuel your pre workout or post workout! And, be sure to sign up for our Meal Prep meals, with ingredients fresh from our garden!

CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Deeply Rooted III: Coming soon!

Deeply Rooted is a reoccurring event put together by our Creative Arts Pillar here at Fit to Recover. From writing songs, choreographing dances, and poetry, you will be amazed at our community's talent and heart.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Join us for our 1^st Annual Trunk or Treat, on Saturday October 31^st from 2:00-4:00 pm. We will have food, fun and socially-distanced games to help keep you and your family safe during the pandemic.

We will have prizes for Best Costume so come dressed up in your favorite Halloween costume.
