Penn State’s Board of Trustees Votes to Pass Proposed Changes to Bylaw

The Governance and Long-Range Planning Committee approved for the Penn State Board of Trustees to review the proposed changes to the bylaws and standing orders of Penn State University. Proposed change option 1, regarding the election appendix was not passed; however, the motion to adopt changes to the bylaws of the University passed with a two-thirds majority vote.
