I hope you are all dealing well with this confusing weather we've been having! One day it's warm enough for shorts, the next morning you need to warm up your car. Just proves that we have to learn to go with the flow, no matter what.  There will always be things we don't have control over, and it can be a tough, but an important lesson.  If you're feeling stressed about something you don't have as much control over as you'd like, you may want to consider speaking with a therapist.  We are truly a mind-body wellness center at Elemental Healing Charlotte.  There are several therapists to choose from, each with their own specialty and approach.  Be sure to check them out!

REFRESH 2017 Recap

What a blast we all had at REFRESH 2017, "Empowered Living," last Saturday. We had a busy day from start to finish!  With a variety of practitioners, and new offerings such as a Readers Room, and Movement Classes like Tai Chi and Yoga, everyone experienced a full spectrum of healing that day.  There are so many people to thank, like Margaret Wyche, our founder, Cora Triana from Whole Foods Market SouthPark, all the EHC practitioners, special guests like Carol Green, a Nutritional Therapist and Professional Chef, Stefan Duncan, the American Van Gogh artist, and so many more.  It takes a village to pull this event off every year, and I am always grateful for the extra support.  Susan Anderson, Mary Ann Bridges, Judy Schmitt, and Melissa Nichols-Perez, I couldn't have done it without you.  And...I'll be announcing our raffle winners tomorrow on Facebook, so be sure to check our page!
