AVADE® WPV Prevention

A comprehensive curriculum designed to educate individuals on workplace violence prevention. It covers topics such as awareness, vigilance, avoidance strategies, interpersonal communication skills, stress management, emergency procedures, environmental factors, defensive control techniques, and self-defense tactics. Additionally, a special healthcare module focuses on patient restraint and risk reduction strategies.

AVADE® De-Escalation

Provides a thorough approach for conflict management and de-escalation in the workplace. Covering topics like understanding conflict, de-escalation techniques, interpersonal communication skills, trauma-informed care, and strategies for managing various states of distress.

AVADE® Active Shooter

This training program prepares individuals for active shooter incidents, covering modules on awareness, self-defense, stress management, post-incident procedures, as well as escaping, hiding, calling, barricading, attacking, and stop the bleed strategies. Participants gain vital skills and knowledge to effectively navigate and mitigate the impact of such critical situations while prioritizing their safety and the safety of others.

AVADE® Home Health Care

An extensive program tailored for home health care professionals to enhance their understanding and response to workplace violence. Covering a broad spectrum of topics, including awareness, vigilance, communication skills, stress management, emergency protocols, environmental considerations, and self-defense tactics.

AVADE® DTS™

This training focuses on using force and self-defense for effective responses in challenging situations. Participants will learn DT fundamentals, contact/cover positioning, escort strategies/techniques, control/decentralization methods, handcuffing techniques, defensive blocking, personal defenses, weapon retention, and post-incident response/documentation.

AVADE® HDTS™

This healthcare training focuses on using force and self-defense for effective responses in challenging situations. Participants will learn DT fundamentals, contact/cover positioning, escort strategies/techniques, control/decentralization methods, handcuffing techniques, defensive blocking, personal defenses, weapon retention, post-incident response/documentation, and healthcare restraint holds/applications.

AVADE® Handcuffing Tactics™

This training provides the essential aspects of handcuffing procedures, including nomenclature, placement, fit, and positioning. Participants learn techniques for standing, kneeling, prone handcuffing, and the one-arm take-down method. Additionally included are tips and warnings, along with protocols for post-incident response/documentation.

AVADE® Defense Baton™

Provides an understanding of baton usage and its role in use-of-force situations. Participants learn about nomenclature, handling positions, blocking, defensive counters, control/decentralization, and retention techniques. Additionally, the module covers post-incident response/documentation to ensure accountability and compliance with legal standards.

AVADE® Pepper Spray Defense™

This program provides an understanding of pepper spray and its use in self-defense. Participants learn holding and drawing positions, personal defense techniques, contact/cover positioning, spraying techniques, escape strategies, and post-decontamination procedures. Additionally, post-incident response/documentation protocols are covered to ensure accountability and legal compliance in real-world scenarios.
