The Branson Chamber of Commerce and CVB named us the Non-Profit of the Year for 2022! We are humbled and honored to be the recipients of this award, but more so, to be a part of a community committed to empowering our neighbors. Without our community, volunteers and donors, none of what we accomplish is possible. Because of you, we’re able to continue to strive for our vision for every individual to find hope, dignity and purpose. So much more is in store thanks to our community. Elevate Kids kicks off our after school program beginning September 13th, and will continue each Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. We missed our Elevate Kids in the month of August, and are excited to welcome them back to our campus for continued learning fun beyond the classroom. It’s not too late to enroll your child! Elevate Work courses begin September 12th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M., with dinner provided at 5:00 P.M. Elevate Work classes will be in session each Monday and Wednesday up through early November. We are highly anticipating potential being unlocked, passions being discovered, and roadblocks being overcome as this next class joins us on the journey to finding and keeping meaningful employment. As our new partner location, Elevate Lebanon has implemented an Elevate Work and an Elevate Connections program, and just recently celebrated the grand opening of their Elevate Thrift Store. We’re so excited to partner with the Lebanon community to offer hope, dignity, and purpose to individuals, and to empower them to reach their full potential. We’re also excited to offer the opportunity to become a brand affiliate to other communities as well. On September 4th, all Elevate Work graduates and their families are invited to attend a class reunion and celebration at the Branson RecPlex from 6:15 P.M. to 8:15 P.M. Join us for pool party fun and a time of reconnection with our fellow classmates. Transportation and dinner will be provided. Our first Elevate Entrepreneurs participants will begin classes on September 6th from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and will continue weekly on Tuesdays through November. 18 entrepreneurs have been accepted into the program, and will soon be accomplishing their dreams, expanding their financial margin, and executing their business goals in our community. VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT: JEFF AND D'ANN KOHLS | |

Jeff and D’Ann faithfully serve our neighbors each Thursday through Elevate Outreach, and Jeff can often be found behind the wheel - driving hundreds of our Elevate Outreach sack meals and a handful of our volunteers to various extended stay motels in our community. Jeff and D’Ann mention their favorite part of volunteering is getting to see the kids, and the excitement on their faces after receiving a simple meal. “Volunteering helps us to look past our own issues and the stress of current life circumstances and focus on the needs of others,” Jeff and D’Ann mention, “It helps us count our many blessings and unite with others around the love and grace of our God.”
