Join us to hear from one of the rising stars in the Latino movement for Virginia. Alex is President of the Democratic Latino Organization of Virginia (DLOV) and a Member of the Steering Committee of the Democratic Party of Virginia (DPVA). He is a proud Boricua y Ecuatoriano.

Alex es presidente de la Organización Latina Demócrata de Virginia (DLOV) y miembro del Comité Directivo del Partido Demócrata de Virginia (DPVA). Se enorgullese de su origen boricua y ecuatoriano. Su currículum abarca todos los ámbitos de la política en Virginia.
Alex Cintron has a resume that spans every area of Virginia politics.

He is a Board Member of Juntos Por Virginia; was the Director for Latino Outreach and Political Coordinator for the Terry McAuliffe Campaign; was the Director of Scheduling and the Campaign Scheduler for Attorney General Mark Herring; is a Member of the statewide executive board of the Virginia League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC); is the Secretary the Bolívar Network; is the Richmond Caucus Chair of the Metro Richmond Area Young Democrats (MRAYD); a Member, The Richmond City Democratic Committee; was the First Latino elected Student Council president at UVA; was a Co-Founder of the The Latinx Leadership Institute at UVA; and was the Recipient of the 2019 Inaugural Virginia Latino Advisory Board’s Rising Leaders Award.

FCDC has asked each Caucus to donate a basket for the silent auction at the Blue Fairfax Dinner which is the signature event for FCDC in June. The Latino Caucus has contributed a baskets for the past 2 years. Marta Calderon is coordinating the basket for this year.
