Everything Old is New Again
I think every company looks back from time to time at their marketing strategies, what's worked, and what not so much. Last weekend I decided to take a deep dive and reviewed all of our YouTube content and was really surprised to see that the challenges electrical distributors were facing in recruiting in 2017 are almost exactly the same in 2022. Put aside the Pandemic and supply chain issues and the core of the challenge remains. For fun, I thought I'd include that short video because it's really true, as much as things change, the more they stay the same!
