You can make a difference in the quality of education in Edgemont!
The Edgemont Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enriching the educational experience of Edgemont's junior and senior high school students. We are funded entirely by membership dues, contributions, and fundraising proceeds.
The PTSA funds programs not covered by the school budget, including student clubs, performances, and competitions, field trips, and special events (such as senior forum and graduation). These activities enrich what our students learn in the classroom and help build community.
Please click here to join the PTSA for the 2023-2024 school year and help us provide these important programs to our students. You can also pay your PTSA membership dues by check/cash in an envelope left in the PTSA mailbox at the high school. Note that the PTSA is separate from the Elementary PTA and any contributions you may have made at the elementary school level.
Thank you for your support!

Elizabeth Georgioudakis, ICAP teacher
My name is Elizabeth (Lizzie) Georgioudakis and I am very excited to be back in the Edgemont UFSD this school year as the Middle School ICAP teacher!
I grew up in Yonkers, NY in a very large, family-oriented, Greek household. In May 2021, I earned a dual Master’s degree at Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY in both Social Studies and Special Education.

|
|
Some of my hobbies include
reading thriller novels, traveling (especially to Greece), baking, and spending
time with my dogs, Louie and Loki. I am looking forward to being back in the
Edgemont community and seeing you all very soon!

The Sharing Shelf was founded to address clothing insecurity and meet the basic material needs of low-income children and teens in Westchester County. Nearly 26% of Westchester children live in poor or low-income homes, and many lack access to clean clothing, as well as everyday necessities such as socks, underwear, shoes, toothbrushes, and soap. This impacts many aspects of their lives – from chronic absences from school, to bullying, to low self-esteem.
