Moreno Valley Welcomes Another EV Manufacturer

Karma Automotive, one of the nation’s premier electric luxury car manufacturers, has partnered with Luxembourg-based B-ON to produce electric light-commercial vehicles at their Moreno Valley facility.

Karma’s 555,000-square-foot Innovation and Customization Center can produce 30,000 vehicles per year. Production of B-ON’s electric delivery trucks will begin later in 2023, with full-scale production starting in 2024.

Santa Clarita Valley EDC-

Vallarta Supermarkets Move Corporate HQ to Santa Clarita

Vallarta will add approximately 220 jobs to the Santa Clarita Valley economy. These jobs are anticipated to generate approximately $100 million in annual economic output, including $750,000 in local (City and County) annual tax revenue.

The three buildings that make up the "Valencia Corporate Plaza” encompass 195,387 square-feet of office space.

BOSCH plans to invest $1.5 billion in electromobility semiconductor business

The full scope of the planned investment will be heavily dependent on federal funding opportunities available via the CHIPS and Science Act

Citing existing expertise and workforce in the region, Bosch intends to invest more than $1.5 billion USD in the Roseville, CA site and convert the TSI Semiconductors manufacturing facilities to state-of-the-art processes.

Bosch is expanding its global semiconductor business with silicon carbide chips. The technology company plans to acquire U.S. chipmaker TSI Semiconductors assets, already based in Roseville.
