We Make YOUR Travel Plans EASY

It's hard to believe that Hanukkah and Christmas are upon us once again. It is truly amazing how the days, weeks and months fly by. Life these days is a whirlwind of activity. All of you have certainly kept me busy and I appreciate being able to assist you with your travel plans and vacations. We've made so many wonderful new friends on our group trips and we have met countless others at Abilities Expos around the country this past year. Working with all of you feeds my soul and I thrive on our relationships.

I love my conversations with you and enjoy getting to know you. Thanks so much for allowing me into your lives. I wish everyone the happiest of holidays and all my best for a healthy and happy 2018.
What We've Been Doing...
December began with our trip to Washington DC Metro area for the final Abilities Expo of 2017. We always enjoy our time there because we get to spend time with Steve's daughter Sarah and two of our grandkids, Molly and Samuel. Sarah and Molly love helping out at our booth so it's a three generation family affair! We met so many lovely people who were anxious to learn more about traveling with special needs and we even met some of you who we've sent on trips or are currently signed up for future trips. It's always a highlight to meet our clients!
  • Next stop...Los Angeles, February 24, 25, 26, 2018. Los Angeles Convention Center. Mark your calendars and come visit us!

Since then, I've been catching up on year end chores, holiday shopping and sending out gifts to all the grandkids. Steve and I are celebrating a great year by taking a vacation just by ourselves. We will be spending two nights in Ft. Lauderdale and then going on Holland America's Koningsdam over Christmas. I'll have a full report of this beautiful ship in next month's newsletter. I'm looking forward to some much needed rest and relaxation and spending Christmas at Sea. Maybe I'll catch Santa at the beach!

Where We're Going....

We have planned some exciting adventures for 2018 and 2019. You have asked for another cruise out of Galveston so we reserved one just for you. Celebrate New Year's Eve 2018 with us and ring in 2019 onboard RCCL's Liberty of The Seas, round trip Galveston. It's gonna be a party!

Next on the 2019 travel calendar is a land trip to New Zealand, departing USA March 28 and returning home April 16. Travel at a leisurely pace in a wheelchair accessible motor coach from Auckland to Queenstown. I cannot wait to share this jewel of a country with you. We are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

For those of you who missed our Ireland trip, join us on Celebrity Reflection, June 14 - 26, 2019 as we cruise from Dublin to Amsterdam. Visit Belfast and Cobh in County Cork, Liverpool, England and enjoy two glorious days in Paris. Optional pre and post land extensions in Dublin and Amsterdam will be offered. Alaska, August 2018, is now SOLD OUT but we still have limited availability for our New England Cruise, October 7 - 14, 2018. We have a fantastic optional pre cruise package to New York City for those who are interested. Details will be sent to all participants the first week of January.

Our groups sell out very quickly. We are almost out of balcony cabins on Celebrity Reflection in 2019. To hold your space on one of our cruises, all we need is a deposit which is fully refundable until final payment. We've had a lot of disappointed people this year who thought they could wait to book their trip and then were told there were no more cabins. Don't be disappointed.
Details and Pricing are available under Group Trips on our website.
Please join us, you'll be glad you did!
Need a Scooter?
Do you need to rent a scooter or other mobility equipment for your next cruise or land trip? Be sure and let us know and we can make arrangements for you through Special Needs Group. Standard and heavy duty scooters, wheelchairs, hospital beds, hoyer lifts, lift chairs, oxygen and more are all possibilities for you when you travel.
