Bringing Jesus’ Journey to Life

Under the direction of music teacher Kerri Macknowski and our own Sister Carol Ann Papp (art and religion teacher), eighth-grade students at Northside Catholic Assumption Academy presented Living Stations of the Cross at the adjacent St. Cyril of Alexandria Church in Pittsburgh on March 24. “Emotion filled the church,” said one attendee. “It was easy to see and feel the presence of God within this performance!”

In the tomb three days you would lie, rising gloriously never more to die.

Alleluia! Praise to you the Risen Christ our Redeemer, and our Victorious King.

Forever and always together our voices in glory and honor may our praises ring.
