Governor Lou Leon Guerrero announced today the easing of pandemic restrictions via Executive Order 2021-29 as follows:
SOCIAL GATHERING & RESTAURANT/BAR DINING UPDATES
Effective 8:00 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021
- Outdoor dining open to patrons regardless of vaccination status (subject to Public Health guidance);
- Indoor dining at restaurants and bars continues to be restricted to patrons who provide proof of vaccination;
- Indoor social gatherings limitation has increased to 25 vaccinated individuals, regardless of vaccination status;
- Outdoor social gatherings limitation increased to 75 individuals, regardless of vaccination status (subject to Public Health guidance).
INCOMING TRAVELERS
Effective 12:01 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2021
US Federal requirements must be complied with to board a flight to Guam and are further subject to quarantine at a government facility with the following exceptions:
- Quarantine exemption upon presenting proof of
- Full vaccination with FDA approved/authorized or WHO Emergency Use Listing (EUL) approved Covid-19 vaccines.
- In addition, a valid negative PCR test result collected no more than 3 days prior to DEPARTURE, instead of the current guidance which states "arrival", will be accepted;
- A third way to avoid quarantine is to provide a valid negative ANTIGEN test result collected no more than 1 day prior to DEPARTURE (boarding a flight to Guam), as provided in Public Health guidance.

Christopher Duenas, Nominating Committee Chairman, announced the results of this year's Board Elections.

OSHA SUSPENDS IMPLEMENTATION, ENFORCEMENT OF VACCINE MANDATE | |
The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended the implementation and enforcement of the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses.
