Are you ready for Sioux City Musketeers Main Camp?

In this email you will find information regarding both camp and Sioux City as a whole. This email will consist of hopefully just about everything you will need to know for camp. This includes the camp schedule and roster.

This email will also provide you with important addresses for check-in, practices and games.

We will also suggest some delicious places to eat around town. As well as fun activities for you to do while you are visiting.

If you need to but have yet to fill out these two forms please do so prior to registration and email the finished copy to General Manager, Sean Clark, at sean@musketeershockey.com

1. USAH-HC Tryout Notice - ALL Canadian players must complete the form, prior to the start of camp; this is a requirement from both USA Hockey and Hockey Canada.  
2. Visor Waiver Form - ANY player wearing a half shied must complete this form prior to the start of camp.  

This exact email will be provided via a QR Code when you arrive at camp. So if you misplace this information do not panic just simply be on the lookout for that QR Code at registration.

Check-in, orientation and all presentations will be held here. When you enter, turn left at the front desk and walk to the end of the hallway towards the conference rooms. You will see us waiting at a table to check you in.

Why It's Important:

Just a 10-15 minute drive form the Marriott. The IBP Ice Center is where the Musketeers practice away from their home arena. This is where all practices and games for camp will be held. We highly suggest dressing warmly when attending here as to assure ice quality temperatures inside the building are extremely low.

Why It's Important:

The Musketeers play all of their home games at the Tyson Events Center located in downtown Sioux City.

EXPLORERS BASEBALL

The Sioux City Explorers have provided every camper with a free ticket each night to their games. Stop by the camp merchandise stand to request one of these free tickets to exchange at their box office. The Explorers ballpark shares a parking lot with the IBP Ice Center making it an easy walk from rink to diamond. Root root root for the home team as they are in action all three days of camp!

LAUNCHPAD CHILDREN'S MUSEUM

We understand that sometimes with these camps turns into a family vacation. If you have younger children you need to entertain them for a few hours then Launch Pad Children's Museum is just the place!

LEWIS & CLARK INTERPRETIVE CENTER

Step into the past at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center and learn about their expedition to the Pacific Ocean that led through what is now modern day Sioux City. This interactive exhibit is a great way to learn about Lewis and Clark while you have a hour or so of downtime.

PALMER CANDY SHOP

Get your sweet tooth fix at one of the longest standing candy shops in the country at Palmer Candy. They have been pumping out sweet treats since 1878 and stepping inside the shop itself feels like you've been transported back to a simpler time. Be sure to try their world famous Twin Bing, a Sioux City staple!

HIKING TRAILS

Inside the rink at the IBP Ice Center will be pretty cold. So if you want to de-thaw while enjoying nature there are multiple good hiking trails in and around Sioux City for you to enjoy. Click on one of the links below to pick out a trail to explore.

Located a stone's throw away from the IBP Ice Center, Drop Zone is the perfect place to go to get some energy out. Bounce the time away with their open trampoline park.
