ephba is working on several IMPORTANT issues for you
  • We are actively working on changes to building codes for adoption in 2016 that will benefit every member. 
  • EPHBA and several members have also developed and supported changes to the Jefferson County Subdivision Ordinance to improve the time it takes to get projects approved. 
  • We are beginning to look into issues like capacity improvement fees and other fees imposed by government and utilities to determine if we support these changes and how they are calculated and implemented. 
Getting your input and support on these issues means a louder and more powerful voice for the EPHBA.  It's not a single person but the organization as a whole that will make the greatest impact.   Join the HBA's Government Affairs Committee to get more involved.
